Dr. Bruce I. Galler

Bruce built a career in both the corporate and entrepreneurial world, working in both technical and management roles at some of America’s most innovative Information Technologies companies including AT&T Bell Laboratories, Lucent Technologies, and Cisco Systems. He has established a reputation for technical depth, management ability, leadership and excellent customer service.

Bruce completed both his BA in Computer Science and Mathematics and his MS in Computer Science at the University of Michigan. He earned his PhD in Computer Science at the University of Toronto. He also has a MS in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado. Bruce spent 17 years at AT&T Bell Laboratories which became Lucent Technologies, pioneering projects involving real-time databases, multimedia messaging, and video telephony. During this time, Bruce developed several startup businesses, including a company patented an innovative printing technology and was subsequently purchased by the largest company in the industry. Bruce then joined Cisco Systems in their security business and was named Director of Engineering and Site Director of the Boulder Cisco site. After working at Cisco for 9 years, he moved to 9-1-1 systems provider Intrado, where he directed a team of solution architects that designed and deployed 9-1-1 public safety systems internationally. He is excited to work with Interconnected Technologies and to use his skill and experience to help small businesses successfully fulfill their IT goals.

Bruce is a native of Michigan. He and his wife live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
